Scenic Images

The images here are scenic images from a variety of locations, although most are near to my home location, the Holme Valley, West Yorkshire. My favourite image is the moonlight shining on the mists in the valley, showing the street lights of the villages as a glow in the mist. This was my first attempt at long exposure photography. I like the hills of my area, and the sunsets over the reservoirs are stunning yet restful and calming. The frozen canal, at Uppermill is another of my favourite shots, which I came upon by chance. The Holme Valley often has mists in the valleys, and the view from Hade Edge show this sea of mist accross most of West Yorkshire.

I am an amateur photographer who is looking to practise and sharpen my skills and I would be more than happy to undertake any assignments for basic costs and a credit.
